Young restaurateurs Colby and Megan Garrelts invite you to enjoy an evening of fine dining at Bluestem in the Westport area of Kansas City at 900 Westport Road.  Featuring "progressive American" cuisine, a menu of eight appetizers, eight entrées and at least that many desserts created by Megan.

Colby and Megan have returned to Kansas City after several years of experience at restaurants in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Santa Monica, and bring with them the ingredients to create your next dining experience.
