This journal is closed, for lack of time, energy and interest. Sorry about that. 
I'm trying to hold down a job, maintain my family life, meet all my responsibilities, 
raise my son, and finish writing my novel. The list of unattended tasks is growing
without bounds. My life has become a speeding car on the Interstate, and I'm on 
a fat-tired bicycle three miles back, pedaling frantically and trying to keep
that car in sight just a little while longer. So, to my handful of readers: goodbye. 
You can find some other journals to read here, though I've stopped reading 
them myself.
