Screen 5 - Device Properties  - Select 115200 in the Baud Rate field, then tap OK. 

Screen 6 - Make New Dialup Connection - Tap the TCP/IP button.

Screen 7 - TCP/IP Settings - Check the following boxes:  Server-assigned IP address, Server-assigned name server addresses, Use software compression, and Use IP header compression.  Uncheck the Log onto network box, then tap OK.

Screen 8 - Make New Dial-Up Connection - Tap the Finish button.
