- From your Desktop, click on the Apple,
then select System Preferences.
- From System Preferences click on the Network
icon.
- From the Network window click the PPP
tab. In the Service Provider field type KCnet.com. Click
down to the Telephone Number field and enter your
"assigned
data number". In the Account Name field enter your
assigned username in lower case letters, and in the Password field
enter
your KCnet password in lower case letters. Next click
the PPP Options button.
- In the PPP Options window.
Make sure you check the same options as in the picture below.
Then
click the OK button.
- From the Network window click the TCP/IP tab.
In the Configure drop down menu select Using PPP. In the IP Address
field enter 209.240.96.6, press enter to drop to the next line
and enter 216.90.72.5. In the Search
Domains field enter kcnet.com. Lastly, click
the Save button to complete the setup of the dialup
connection.
