1.  Setting Modem Type -  Single click on the Apple Menu, place your mouse pointer over the Control Panels selection, and then click on Modem.  In the Modem section, click on the dropdown box, and select your modem.  Close the window by clicking the box in the upper left corner of the window.  An Alert will appear, click save.

2.  Configuring TCP/IP -  Click on the Apple Menu, place your mouse pointer over the Control Panels selection, and then click on TCP/IP.  Set Connect Via to "PPP"
Set "Configure" to "Using PPP server".   In the Name server addr.: box enter:

In Search Domain enter "kcnet.com".  Close the window by clicking the box in the upper left corner of the window.  An Alert will appear, click save.

3.   Configuring Remote Access Options -  Click on the Apple Menu, place your mouse pointer over the Control Panels selection, and then click on Remote Access.  Click the Options button. Click on the Protocols Tab.  Set Use Protocol to "PPP".  Click the okay button.

4.  Configuring Remote Access - Type your assigned username in the Name field and password in the Password field, remember, they are both case sensitive!.  In the Number field, enter your "assigned access number" and click connect to dial.
