Birch House: This home is located in the northeast part of Kansas City. This is a ten-person group home with a bedroom for each person. Twenty-four hour supervision is provided. Several men in the home are hearing impaired, so the home utilizes adaptive equipment in addition to sign language.

Cedars House: This is a ten-person co-ed home located in the northeast part of Kansas City. People in this home are able to do many things for themselves. Skills being worked on in the home include cooking, budgeting, and safety skills. Many people in the home access public transportation to get to and from work. Transportation is provided for the others. 24-hour protective oversight is provided.

 

 

 

 

Elms House: This home is located in the northeast part of Kansas City. This is a ten-person group home that serves both men and women. Each person has his or her own bedroom. People in this home need assistance with hygiene, dressing and social skills. Transportation is provided for work and all other essential purposes. Additional staffing is provided to meet the needs of the residents in this home.

Lafayette Manor: This twelve person home is located in Grandview. It was opened in July ’99. The home is for people 45 and older who wish to retire. Each person has his or her own spacious bedroom with private bathroom. Daytime activities are available in addition to 24-hour protective oversight.

Southern Road: This is a spacious ranch-style home opened in 2006, and named for it's street address. It is located in south central Grandview and had a capacity for 11 residents. Services focus on  personal maintenance, health needs and an array of direct care services. The staff at the home provides transportation to work, day activities, and all essential supportive services.

Sycamore House: This home is located across the street from Birch House. It is a ten-person co-ed home. A few people in the house are deaf or hearing impaired so sign language and adaptive equipment is utilized. People in this home need assistance with bathing, hygiene, and social skills. Transportation and 24 hour staffing is provided for the residents.

Kinbrook Apartments: This apartment complex is located in Grandview at 6110 Highgrove Road. There are 13 apartments for those who need a little more assistance in areas such as hygiene, cooking, housekeeping, and medication administration, but do not require a group setting. People living in the apartments are able to be alone in their apartments without concern for their safety. There are two apartments that have two bedrooms for either a family member or a roommate. Transportation is available for those who work, recreational activities, grocery shopping and other essential services, i.e., medical appointments.

 

Villas Apartments: These one-bedroom apartments are located in the mid-town area. The apartments consist of three 4 plexes and one 6 plex. Staff are available for assisting with menu planning, budgeting and other skills. People living at the Villas self administer their medication, prepare basic meals, and access public transportation for work and recreational purposes. Each person receives about 10 hours of direct staff support per week, in addition to 24-hour protective oversight. Transportation is available for grocery shopping and other essential purposes, i.e. medical appointments.
