CDD is currently looking for motivated, caring people to work hands-on with persons with developmental disabilities. Full and part-time positions are available. Most shifts involve evening and part-time hours. Duties depend on the location and will be related to supporting individuals served in various activities of daily living. Starting hourly rate for direct care staff is $8.44 to $8.69 per hour. Full-time positions include a benefits package, plus a weekend shift differential. Some positions pay a driving bonus. Part-time positions include holiday pay for working holidays.    Employment Opportunities Full Time: We currently have 2 openings for a Live-in Programmer.  Live-Ins get Full-Time employee benefits, plus a rent-free apartment.  There are also several other openings in the Grandview and Kansas City areas. Qualifications: Age 18, Have a High School Diploma or a GED. Some positions require a drivers license and a clear driving record. No criminal history or history of child abuse/neglect.
